What are my options on how to place an order?

To place an order online, click on the buy button of the item that you would like to purchase and then proceed through the Online Checkout Process.


How do I place an order online?


Ordering at eMallGroup is fast and secure. Just follow these few simple steps to place your order.

To add items to your shopping cart, click the "ADD TO CART" button provided for that item.
On this page you can calculate the shipping charges to your shipping zip code or choose to click on the 'Proceed to Checkout' button to go to Checkout.

Continue through the next few screens, provide your payment method, and then you're done!

eMallGroup will send you an order confirmation via e-mail. An account is automatically created for you once you place your first order so you won't have to enter all the information again when you order next.

How do I update or delete items in eMallGroup shopping cart, and how do I checkout?


With eMallGroup Shopping Cart, shopping has never been easier!

  • Changing Item Quantities

 Changing Item Quantities?

If you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item you have placed in your Shopping Cart, change the number in the "Qty" box. It will be updated automatically in your Shopping Cart.

Deleting Items from Your Cart?

If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping Cart, click on the remove link that appears under any item in your Shopping Cart.

Coupons & GiftCards

If you wish to apply a coupon or eMallGroup GiftCard, it should be done on the shopping cart page prior to checkout (Conveniently located on the right side)

Checkout?

Once you are finished shopping and have all the items in your shopping cart that you wish to purchase, please Proceed to Checkout.

Express Checkout

This is the standard method to finish checkout when purchasing an item for the first time at eMallGroup. You will be prompted to set up an account with us using a combination of your email address and a secret password. Once you’re billing and shipping addresses have been set up, you will be prompted to select your shipping method, preview your invoice total and then click on continue to enter your Payment information. The final step is an invoice copy will be presented on the screen for you to print out on your local printer.

  •  International cardholders are required to fax a signed copy of both sides of the credit card along with identification.

All credit card orders are subject to credit verification and approval. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification. Please noted cards attached to checking accounts may have longer times and added procedures for verification as well as daily limits.

How can I check on my order? Track the package?


There are three easy ways to check on your order:

1)  click on the Order Status  link on the upper left of each page. Simply log on to your Account and the status of your order will be displayed. If your order was shipped with a carrier that provides tracking numbers (i.e. FedEx, UPS, etc.), then we will display the tracking number along with a link to the carrier's site. Simply click on the link and the carrier's site will provide up-to-date information re the status of your shipment.

Please note, choosing an expedited shipping method does not gurantee expedited order processes, orders are processed in order of reciept.

All orders are final, however orders that have not processed, we will do our utmost to cancel, some fees might apply.
 

Can I return or exchange a product?

Return Policy?

All sales are final. However, for utmost consumer satisfaction, our customer service department will assist you with your return considering the below:

  • Claims for damage or shortage of merchandise must be made at the time of the delivery.
  • Defective merchandise will be exchanged within the first seven days of receipt.
  • All returns and exchanges must be received within 7 days starting from the day the customer received merchandise. No exceptions!
  • Cell Phones Sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. defective Cell phones can be repaired within 30 days of purchase.
  • No Returns without our authorization.
  • All items must be returned in the original packaging.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 7 days after issuance with original packaging only.
  • A 15% restocking fee is applied to all returns and cancellations.
  • Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
